Southwest Tour 2020

Mr. Wright planned the weeklong Regional Choir Tour that took place in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona on March 8th-14th. The choirs collaborated with local choirs in a variety of venues.

2019 NFA Convention

Jacob Wright will be performing at the 2019 National Flute Association Convention in Salt Lake City with the TWU/Brookhaven Flute Choir on Contrabass Flute.

Texas Woman’s University Honors and Awards Recital

Jacob Wright was selected for TWU Music Department’s Honors and Awards Recital in April of 2018.

 

The New Sounds Live Orchestra

Jacob was principal flute with the New Sounds Live Orchestra in October of 2017. Drew Zaremba and Kyle Gordon composed new works for silent film and had a showing of the film with a live Orchestra.

New original score composed, conducted, and orchestrated by Drew Zaremba Charlie Chaplin's - The immigrant Originally released in 1927, The Immigrant is a classic of Charlie Chaplin. The story follows two European immigrants on their boat ride to New York, and then they fall on hard times and reunite.
New Original Score composed, conducted, and orchestrated by Kyle Gordon Buster Keaton's - One Week Originally released in 1920, One Week is one of Keaton's most acclaimed films. This short tells the story of a newlywed couple trying to start their lives, but having to face a few obstacles along the way.
